Job Description:
The Data Records Clerk is responsible for organizing, maintaining, and updating company records with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. This role involves consistent data entry, document management, and support for various departments to ensure information is properly stored and easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter, update, and verify data in company systems.
• Organize and maintain both digital and physical files according to established procedures.
• Retrieve records and documents as requested by authorized personnel.
• Perform regular audits to ensure data quality, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation as needed.
• Assist with record retention, archiving, and disposal following company policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Communicate with internal departments to clarify or obtain required information.
• Troubleshoot basic data or file discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration or data management is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient with data entry software, spreadsheets, and document management systems.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
