  • Implement models using Python, SQL, Spark, and modern ML frameworks.

  • Document analytical methodologies, assumptions, model performance, and business impact.

Consulting & Communication

  • Contribute to engagement planning, level of effort estimates, and solution scoping.

  • Collaborate with data engineers, architects, analysts, and client SMEs to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • 3–6 years of experience delivering data science solutions in a professional services or consulting environment.

  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, PySpark MLlib).

  • Hands-on experience with Databricks for data processing, model development, and workflow orchestration.

  • Demonstrated success deploying predictive modeling solutions to solve real business problems.

  • Ability to explain complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills & Certifications

  • Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

  • Experience using MLflow, Databricks Model Registry, or similar MLOps tooling.

  • Familiarity with Delta Lake and lakehouse architecture best practices.

  • Databricks Certifications such as:

    • Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate / Professional

    • Databricks Certified Machine Learning Professional

Consulting Competencies

  • Ability to lead small workstreams with limited oversight.
