What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Act as the remote pilot in command for various research and development aircraft platforms
Conduct preflight planning and inspections of the UAS
Support test planning and participate in test rehearsals
Prepare post-flight reports for internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with team members during preparation, execution, and post-test activities

What is Required (Qualifications):

Part 61 Private Pilot certificate with Instrument rating
Part 107 Remote Pilot certificate
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience operating Group 3+ UAS
Significant UAS experience with over 300 hours and more than 200 sorties
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and training

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience with manual (non-GPS) and/or augmented flight modes using traditional RC controller interfaces
Ability to work extended hours and travel as required
Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in English
