• Monitor power and environmental conditions across all critical spaces.
• Perform maintenance using our CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Respond to incidents, support MOP/EOP execution, and ensure real-time communication.
• Escort and oversee vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety and process standards.
• Support commissioning, construction, and infrastructure upgrade projects.
• Conduct site rounds, report findings, and contribute to continuous improvements.
• Follow all safety regulations and internal change control protocols.
• Assist in planning, documentation, and SOP development for site operations.

• Prior experience in a critical environment (data centers, hospitals, utilities, etc.).
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems and operations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
• Proven reliability, accuracy, and ownership in high-stakes environments.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems and incident response protocols is a plus.
