We are looking for an Recruiter to join our team in Saint Paul, Minnesota, on a Contract-to-hire basis. This role is ideal for a individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for talent acquisition. The position offers the opportunity to lead campus recruiting initiatives, coordinate interviews, and manage compliance processes while contributing to various HR projects.

Responsibilities:

• Post job openings and manage recruitment campaigns for entry-level roles, including interns, technicians, and administrative positions.

• Facilitate introductory interviews and coordinate on-site interview schedules.

• Organize and execute campus recruiting programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Maintain and update interview calendars to ensure a smooth scheduling process.

• Collaborate with relevant departments to oversee background checks and follow up with candidates.

• Ensure compliance with onboarding procedures and assist with new employee orientations when required.

• Work on various HR-related projects to support departmental objectives.

• Leverage applicant tracking systems and tools to streamline recruitment workflows.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and data analysis related to recruitment activities

• Proven experience in corporate recruiting, including sourcing and conducting interviews.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage recruitment-related projects independently.
• Proficiency in Excel and the Office Suite.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; experience with specific systems is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to take initiative and work proactively in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead campus recruiting efforts or similar programs.
• Strong calendar management skills to ensure efficient scheduling and coordination.
