Position Title: Training Specialist I
Location: Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD), Philadelphia, PA
Clearance Requirement: Department of Defense Secret Clearance (Active)
Work Schedule: Forty hour work week schedule with some overtime allowed. Approximately 95% on-site at NSWCPD; up to 5% travel as required.
Contingency: This position is contingent upon contract award
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in a Technical Field, Education, Psychology, or a related Training Systems discipline.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience developing and delivering Navy classroom instruction, electronic learning, multimedia programs, satellite training, or computer-aided instructional technologies.
• Demonstrated experience preparing teaching materials, lesson plans, and instructional content in advance of course delivery.
