Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure work orders and projects are on track, addressing any issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with the Project Coordination team to solve areas needing support, assigning specific tasks to maintain workflow efficiency and ensuring there are no stalling jobs.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with property managers, tenants, and service providers through email, phone calls, and texting to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Update daily work orders on our job board to ensure all information is current and accurate.
  • The ability to learn quickly about various services and their operational requirements is essential.
  • Provide exceptional service experiences to customers, upholding company standards and policies.
  • Make quick decisions in daily operations.
  • Maintain a positive attitude, effectively managing multiple priorities while overcoming challenges.
  • Engage in proactive problem-solving and communication with the leadership team when necessary.

Role Requirements:

  • Knowledge of property management maintenance is a plus but not required.
  • A dynamic, solutions-focused attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to type quickly and accurately.
  • Effective prioritization, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Initiative to strive for continuous improvement in accuracy, quality, and timeliness of information.
  • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy startup environment.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient knowledge of computers and web-based software platforms is required.
  • Familiarity with Outlook is preferred.

  • Customer service: 1 year (Required)
