Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $84,000.00/yr Job Summary We are seeking a collaborative and technically strong Oracle HCM Cloud Analyst with deep expertise in Benefits and Core HR modules to join our People Systems team. This role focuses on the design, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM solutions, enabling seamless employee lifecycle and benefits administration processes. You will partner with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, compliant, and user‑friendly HCM solutions that support the company’s total rewards strategy and workforce data integrity. Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Implementation Design and configure solutions within Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM with a strong focus on Benefits and Core HR modules. Configure and manage eligibility profiles, plan types, rates, program structures, life events, and open enrollment processes within the Benefits module. Define and maintain Core HR configurations, including workforce structures, person management, position hierarchies, and employment models. Translate complex functional requirements into detailed technical specifications ensuring alignment with global HR processes and compliance standards. Design and implement end‑to‑end HCM solutions, ensuring consistency across Benefits, Payroll, Absence Management, and Compensation. Techno‑Functional Execution Perform hands‑on configuration testing, and support for Benefits and Core HR modules, including data loads (HDL/HSDL), fast formulas, and automated eligibility rules. Design, build, and enhance user interface pages using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), leveraging Redwood UI components to deliver modern, responsive experiences. Build and maintain HCM Extracts and BI Publisher reports for benefits enrollment, vendor interfaces, and HR data auditing. Support third‑party integrations (e.g., benefits providers, payroll systems, and insurance carriers) ensuring accuracy and data synchronization. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, coordinating with Oracle Support when necessary. Participate in quarterly release testing and implement new features relevant to Benefits and Core HR. Support & Maintenance Monitor and optimize Benefits processes such as open enrollment, life event processing, and year‑end updates. Provide subject‑matter expertise for Core HR and Benefits functional areas, identifying process automation opportunities and recommending best practices. Maintain documentation for configurations, changes, and technical workflows. Work within an Agile team, participating in sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives. Collaborate cross‑functionally with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors. Share knowledge and contribute to process improvements and team learning. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HRIS, or a related field. 4–6 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, with at least 3 years of direct configuration experience in Benefits and Core HR modules. Demonstrated experience with U.S. Benefits configuration, including eligibility profiles, plan types, rates, program rules, enrollment windows, and vendor file feeds. Experience supporting Core HR structures (e.g., person management, jobs, positions, grades, and organizations). Technical Skills Strong command of Fast Formulas, OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL/HSDL, and HCM Extracts. Strong understanding of Oracle HCM data models, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration frameworks. Familiarity with benefits‑related third‑party integrations and secure file transfer protocols. Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence. Soft Skills Analytical problem‑solver with a strong attention to detail. Effective communicator with strong collaboration skills. Proactive, self‑motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
