This position is based in KBR’s Newark, DE office. A flexible work schedule is available, combining remote and in‑office workdays required. Functional job responsibilities Lead the development and review of project scopes, requirements, and deliverables. Monitor project progress to ensure scope, schedule, and budget adherence. Coordinate with resource managers and supervisors to secure necessary reviews and approvals. Manage internal and external interfaces to eliminate scope gaps and overlaps. Facilitate clear communication and workflow tracking across project teams and third parties. Document interactions and decisions to maintain transparency and accountability. Required Education, Experience, & Skills Minimum of 7 years of experience in the EPCM industry, including leadership of multi‑discipline engineering teams. Proven problem‑solving skills and ability to manage complex engineering interfaces. Experience in FEL/FEED and EPCM project phases. Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred. Willingness to travel domestically.
