As a Patrol Officer at a leading healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a highly visible presence. Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeMon10:00 PM - 06:00 AMFri11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations within the healthcare location in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual situations.
• Assist patients, visitors, and staff with directions and information as needed, while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Observe and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or suspicious activities to the appropriate personnel and/or law enforcement as directed.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to support a secure environment for all individuals at the location.
• Follow post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site management, adapting to the dynamic needs of the healthcare environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Applicants must provide proof of required hospital vaccinations.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
