Store Operations Consultant Part‑Time Victra – Verizon Authorized Retailer We are looking for a positive, upbeat, and customer‑focused individual to join our retail team on a part‑time schedule. As a Store Operations Consultant, you will represent and expand our brand while providing an enjoyable shopping experience for guests. Responsibilities Assist Wireless Sales Consultants in selling a full range of telecommunications products and services to guests. Multitask and perform basic math skills, answering customer queries or concerns. Develop sales and analytical skills and adapt to a flexible retail schedule. Contribute to the store’s sales goals set by the Store Manager. Represent the store positively while providing excellent customer service. Keep up‑to‑date knowledge of Victra/Verizon products, promotions, and programs. Inspire and guide customers to purchase merchandise; advise on utilization and care. Process sales contracts, payments, and returns courteously and professionally. Maintain accurate sales records for inventory control. Assist in merchandising and overall store presentation. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree is preferred. 1–2 years of retail sales experience preferred. Excellent communication skills and ability to read reports. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 10 pounds. Ability to sit for extended periods. Travel Requirements None.
