System Engineer L3 (MSP) Azure AVD Specialist
Location: Local to OC or LA only (WFH with minimal onsite)
Compensation: $85K$95K

The Role
Were seeking a System Engineer (L3) with MSP experience and strong Azure AVD expertise . Youll handle escalations, stabilize complex issues, coach L1/L2 engineers, and support AVD-based environments for multi-tenant clients.
Minimal onsite (a few times per month at most), but you must live in Orange County or Los Angeles .

35+ years MSP experience (multi-client, escalations, fast triage)
Azure AVD (required)
Local to OC or LA (no Riverside, Inland Empire, etc.)
Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP, RDP, VPNs
Microsoft 365 admin experience
VMware (vSphere)
SonicWall firewalls (NSa/TZ)
Strong documentation & communication
