Titles Associate-$18/hr.

Duration: Long term temp (possible temp to hire)

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7:00am - 3:30pm

Location: Plano, TX (Onsite)

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Detail oriented
• Experience working auto titles from a dealership or DMV, mortgage titles is also acceptable
• Banking or Auto Finance experience
• Excel proficient

Summary:

The Associate, Servicing Support is responsible for processing all Title requests received via multiple channels. The position will ensure all requests/tasks are processed within tight timeframes, while adhering to policy and procedures, and compliance regulations. The position requires flexibility and ability to adapt to a multi-functional departmental structure and job rotation.


Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process Title requests
• Manage process via accessing several databases and systems.
• Prepare and release documents as requested ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Handle general incoming calls, perform follow up calls and respond to emails received.
• All other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Experience with all general office equipment such as phone, fax, printer, email, scanner , computer
• Data entry, MS Office - Word, Excel
