Who We're Looking For:

As a key member of the Operations team, the Warehouse Associate performs duties related to receiving and shipping merchandise.


About the Role:

• Accurately and quickly pick, pack and ship customer orders, paying close attention to packing shipments properly to avoid damage during transport.
• Receive and verify incoming shipments, perform the unpacking of deliveries, and distribute contents to the right warehouse location.
• Maintain accurate records of all outgoing and incoming shipments from and to the warehouse and track shipments as needed. Maintain warehouse, ensuring it is in good order and stock all necessary shipping labels, equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Ensure the rotation of product by expiration dates.
• Deliver supplies, materials, and equipment to other departments as necessary and lift and move heavy items/packages as required assisting other departments.
• Assist with regular inventory counts and reconciliation and monitor and highlight any low inventory items & communicate low level stock items to purchasing.
• International shipment processing.
• Processing and facilitating RMAs to and from the vendor and customer RMAs and creating/printing labels for finished goods.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Display substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
• Ability to work on assignments that require judgement in resolving issues or in making recommendations.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and be capable of walking or standing for long periods of time.
• Visual/SAP or other ERP experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

• Past warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience and certification.
